Compensation:

$100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Speak to and connect with prospects by utilizing our tried and tested follow-up process.
  • Cultivate in-depth professional expertise associated to mortgage loans, localities, schools, and all other areas related to owning a home.
  • Keep potential buyers informed on the existing housing market in their vicinity.
  • Conclude terms and agreements with sellers and buyers.
  • A commitment to work over 40 hours per week including weekends and evenings when necessary.
  • Closing two deals a month on average during the calendar year.
  • Participate in both team meetings and daily one on one sessions.
  • Make use of the company's systems and tools in order to develop the business.
  • Strive to hold four open houses each month.
  • Participate in functions hosted by both the team and the community.
  • Exhibit a cooperative approach and collaborate with the team.
  • Communicate clearly, friendly, and often.
  • Accomplish business plans.
  • Complete any training given during induction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Master the usage of scripts and dialogues.
  • Have the ability to learn and take advice.
  • Have a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid US driver's license
  • Must have a current, unrestricted Massachusetts Real Estate license; if not, is willing to take the licensing course and pass the state licensing exam
  • Preferably have one year of real estate sales experience, but those without experience are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrate capability to prepare contracts and other necessary documents
  • Skilled in working in teams and independently
  • Possess outstanding customer service skills
  • Possess excellent listening and communication abilities
  • Possess a high school diploma
  • Knowledgeable about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
  • Has the capacity to grow networks
  • Active in attending community events
  • Possess high social skills
  • Proficiency in the use of G-Mail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive
  • Able to rapidly adjust to new priorities, tight deadlines, and manage multiple complex tasks
  • Self-aware and ready to make decisions to shape the future
